Pros

- NiCE is a living, evolving organization. It is a mature company with real scale and complexity, yet it continuously reinvents itself and is not afraid of change. Strategic decisions are deliberate and sometimes bold, driven clearly from the top. - Empowerment at all leadership levels. Innovation is not centralized. Managers and leaders, both senior and junior, are encouraged to challenge assumptions, question existing models, and introduce new ways of working. - Flexibility over rigid frameworks. A strong example is how Agile has been adopted over time. Rather than enforcing a one-size-fits-all methodology, Agile is treated as a flexible framework that teams can adapt. Leaders have the autonomy to shape their own “flavor” based on what truly delivers value. - Respect for diversity in execution. Different groups work differently, and that diversity is seen as a strength, not a problem. There is a shared direction and spirit, combined with flexibility in execution. - Strong focus on people and growth. NiCE invests in people and leadership development just as much as it invests in the business. Over more than 11 years, I have continuously taken on new challenges, grown in different directions, and never felt I had reached a plateau. - Empowerment and impact. The ability to influence direction, make an impact, and feel trusted as a leader is what keeps me motivated and ready for new challenges.

Cons

Change requires adaptability. Working in a constantly evolving organization means that processes, frameworks, and directions can change over time. This can be challenging for those who prefer fixed structures or very clear, static definitions. No single model fits all. The flexibility given to teams and leaders also means that there is not always one clear “company-wide” way of doing things. Success requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to shape solutions rather than follow predefined ones

Pros

With the new CEO Scott Russel, it seems he is taking on the pay compression that everyone is feeling and trying to make changes. It takes a long time though. They are promising that changes will be coming in March 2026. The worklife balance is great, working in a hybrid work at home/in office environment is great.

Cons

The pay is still lower for the industry standard. In the SDR side bizops makes a laudry list for the SDR's to not get paid on opportunities. They give 3 months for the AE's to change something up in salesforce on the opportunity and if they do, it often stops the SDR's from getting paid. They also jump over dollars to save pennies with their Top Parent Account rule and if any account get an opportunity on it and its owned by a large top parent account, the SDR cannot talk to any of the other companies under the Top Parent Account for 90 days. Sure it stops the SDR from fraud, but it also stops SDR's from selling. NiCE loses out on so much more money trying to stop the SDR's from scamming the system rather than just saying if you make an opp on an Account you can't have any other opps on that one account for 90 days, not all the accounts under the top parent account. It makes absolutely no sense.
