Pros
Pay - unrivaled commission for agents. All negatives aside I almost stayed just for this.
Cons
Poor management - either they are unable or unwilling to help and some are very unprofessional Poor Upper management - could care less about you as an agent, they see you as scum. Culture - toxic Training - poor, unless you have a background in the complete sales cycle you will probably struggle. Only teach product, no sales or prospecting training or plan. Throw you to the wolves. 1099 - you technically an independent contractor, however, they treat you like an employee. So you pay for everything (office space, supplies, training) but they try to treat you like an employee. Also means no benefits. This is all in addition to how difficult the insurance industry is and is getting every month already.
