1.Don't get carried away by the salary they offer. 2.First of all they don't give you offer letter nor appointment letter. 3. If you talk and help your peers, they will dislike you and later throw you out stating performance issue. 4.They say you will work in day shift and you are bound to work night shifts. 5. False promises and committements. 6. No work ethics or professionalism. 7. No PF or Medical insurance for employees.
