Clear communication, they do their best to make your schedule fair. They are organized and flexible. They do care about you. Friendly environment. Amazing doctors! And management is kind.

Sometimes not always you just have to float, I was okay with it, but hearing other coworkers that didn’t like to float was meh, just unsure of how to respond, because you care about your colleague and your company. Put in a hard spot.

Wide variety of experience. Rooming patients, discharging patients, making appointments, doing EKGS, triaging, scheduling appointments, allotment of training in other specialties, travel to outreach clinics, etc.

Not very family oriented at times. Can play favorites.
