Pros
Oasis gives its employees lots of freedom to define their own workday, generate ideas, and take risks in a controlled environment. Their decentralized structure leaves a lot of responsibility in the hands of its regional team, which is perfect for any self-starter. They don't sweat the small stuff.
Senior Management is extremely supportive. They genuinely care about their employees (The CEO thinks of the company as family) and do everything possible to set their teams up for success. Team members who perform well and are good collaborators are promoted quickly through the company. Team members who don't perform well are given ample opportunity to prove themselves before being let go.
The job is never easy, but it is always rewarding. What Oasis can't offer in compensation they more than make up for in environment.
Cons
With decentralized leadership, communication can sometimes be a challenge. The company is constantly evolving, meaning changes happen frequently. When they do, it can sometimes take a while for news of it to filter through the ranks.
