Pros

Freedom to choose when to take breaks. Employees are helpful to each other. Senior brokers can be helpful with building sales skills.

Cons

400+ cold calls per day Uses old leads Long work days for only $50 per day while in training. After completing series 7, pay only increases to $60 per day.

Pros

All the support is provided for Series 7 Exams, and the work environment is very alive with people that you can talk to about anything.

Cons

The work itself involves a lot of cold calling as it is natural with the industry, and requires one to be extremely competitive.

Lax office environment, entrepreneurial culture, convenient location in Woodbury (right off the L.I.E.)

Cons

incompetent management, shady brokers, shared office space with unscrupulous mortgage company.
