Took a pay cut to come here but TOTALLY worth it, and made up for in spades by the culture and people who work here. - Anonymous employee Octiv Employee Review

Pros

- Transparency between C-level officers to everyone in the organization - ROWE workplace (results oriented work environment) - A wonderful team of individuals who are all working together to make TinderBox the best it can be - Community both internal (support of all team members) and external (community service in Indy) - Support of new ideas by management - I basically get to work at a great company, do what I love, and hang out with my friends everyday - and it's called work.

Cons

The only "pain" I currently feel is due to our still growing company. For example, there are lots of ideas and great things we have on the road map and our only restraints are that we can't grow fast enough to accomplish them quicker!

Pros

This team has tons of talent and energy. They've all bought in to the vision of the leadership, and are willing to help in whatever ways necessary to reach our goals. And they're the type of people you'd want to go with you to a Pacers game, to a golf outing, or out for drinks. Never a dull moment with these folks! Our product is amazing. It makes has a serious impact in our customers' success. Every one of us believes this thing can be a huge success. The physical office space is awesome. Lots of natural light in most of the office, views of Monument Circle, various work spaces free for anyone to use, etc. Our office is on Monument Circle, which means we're right in the middle of pretty much all the coolest things that happen in downtown Indy. Walking distance from all major sports teams, lots of great concert venues, dozens of great restaurants, and the list goes on.

Cons

As a startup, we still lack some typical benefits, such as retirement benefits.
