Cons
For someone who is very new to design, and hired here, there is a good amount of learning curve. As perfection is something which is aimed at, one has to constantly upgrade himself/herself each day. Those who do not succeed to do so, are unable to sustain in the early stages itself. Hence, in addition to the perfection, initial training should be revised in such a way that new designers are confident about their skills to work on client facing projects.
