      The day you resign you will feel huge relief as you realised you have hit rock bottom in your life and from that moment on, life can only be better

      Cons

      totally incompetent middle management based on caste system, 0 learning, inappropriate behaviours, bosses yelling at people below them just to exercise power and embarass them in front of everyone
