Culture Constant turnover Onboarding was nonexistent and so was off boarding after my resignation It’s a hassle to get people to do their job Zero training (I requested pipe school more than 3x’s) Zero accountability with managers Managers pitting employees against one another, creating conflict Zero accountability for employees that overstep, including managers Gossip - managers are actively involved Zero team building Terrible customer service and communication No one answers their phone and sends an email rather than a return call Generated 17m my first year and received zero bonus, generated 20m my second year and received 40k bonus, and generated 20m my third year and would’ve received 12k (their math doesn’t make any sense) They expect salespeople to work after hours on a regular basis (cuts into family time/ personal life)
