I worked here for slightly less than a year, which exceeded the average time! Initially, the experience was tolerable, but gradually deteriorated due to poor management and constantly changing impractical ideas. It is an unfavorable work environment where no one is highly regarded or valued unless they are part of the inner circle, which consists of managers or owners who marry individuals within the company. The current manager, who was previously married to the original owner and is now engaged to another senior staff member, lacks competence according to my own observations and the opinions of others. Not a good place to work and good people are treated badly in favour of people who dance to the tune of the managers.

I have worked at the college for almost 4 years and I cannot imagine working anywhere else. The team and management only want the best for you and to boost you up. They care about our opinions and what we have to say. It is great that you get to work so close with the owners and higher management.
