Low salary with unreasonable workload – employee efforts are severely undervalued. The company has long-standing financial issues that are never transparently addressed. Management constantly overpromises but fails to deliver. Promotions often depend more on pleasing the boss than actual skills or performance. I’ve seen juniors who are far more capable than their managers. Luckily, I sold all my shares early — it was clear the company was heading in the wrong direction.
