      Professional, can be yourself, working with top experienced leaders, opportunity to make tangible impact.

      Cons

      Can be set in it's ways, but that's the challenge of the job. Dealing with medications and important processes so need to be sure on implementing new initiatives

      Not many pros anymore other than generous PTO accrual.

      Company culture shift. Less collaboration and more siloing. They care more about profit/bottom line than their employees or members
