      Great co-workers. Competitive pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Below average vacation time. High rate of turnover. Location not convenient. Executive team not in touch with needs of employees. Poor communications with employees. Corporate headquarters in Melbourne, Australia completely out of touch with needs of the US and Canadian companies. Not a good work-life balance.

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
