Pros

The people are great and actually love what they are doing. Great team atmosphere with quality in mind and they take pride in getting it done right and on time.

Cons

What else can I say but corporate greed. I personally saw HUGE bonus checks go out to upper management while the word to the rest of the staff was " no merit increases this year" That was how it was for more than 6 years before I left. I saw the staff working weekends and late into the night with nothing at review time to show for it but the people who weren't there most of the time (management) drive up in their new vehicles right around bonus time. It truly is a shame that at one time this company was family owned and took care its people, when the money was there to do so. Now it is ONLY about the stock holders and bonus checks for the already wealthy. Unless you fall into one of those 2 categories, I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from PBM.

Pros

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I love the 12 hour shift simply because you only work half the month.

Cons

The only con is they don't match 401k, but that's still ok.

Pros

Co-employees get along very well, good people! But that is changing for the worse! Need a paycheck; then here you go! Want a raise; stay far, far, away! Make sure to get whatever you need coming in, because you won't see it until you leave!

Cons

Terrible management! Lack of communication! Starting new company policies for manufacturing employees, and not even a whisper from HR! Upper management looks down on the peons! Losing key employees, with considerable experience, and replacing with sub-par, lower paying employees! ZERO, or next to zero, training policies! Quality operators leaving or have left! New operators breaking equipment because of lack of skills, and or training! Maintenance staff having to shoulder more of the load! Machine mechanics are actually having to do operator's work, on top of performing their daily functions! They will work you, for as cheap as they can get you, and for as long as they can!
