      Pros

      Relaxed environment except for one department. Many employees have about 2 hours worth of work spread out over 8.

      Cons

      Terrible bonus structure. Upper management is delusional. They would rather let go of good employees than let go of the bad managers. Tons of issues on the inside, specifically technology. This company has existed for over 30 years but at times it feels like a start up.

      Excellent balance. Plenty of freedom as long as work gets done.

      Some busy weeks each year lead to long hours.

      Not many come to mind

      Cons

      Worst managed company that I have ever worked for. Senior Management does not have a clue and promote based on length of time with company and friendship, not based on merit, experience or skill set. Promoted someone to Chief Marketing and Sales Officer because she had been with the company for a long time and was tight with the CEO. No real experience in Marketing or Sales and was a disaster.
