Pros
Work from home. Flexible hours. Great time off policy with early release Fridays. Good health, dental, vision benefits. 401K matching. I love the people I work with and my day is varied and challenging. It’s a good company with a good mission. I’m treated with respect and kindness every day!
Cons
Like most companies, yearly raises are not in line with cost of living which means new hires get paid more than veterans. Job-jumping is the fastest way to earn more, but there are few opportunities for advancement within the company.
