      Good learning experience. It gives you exposure to a lot of Colombian companies. Travel opportunities.

      Cons

      Very low salary. No growth opportunities. Managers are not interested in being good leaders.

      Pros

      You get to know a lot about the industry that you’re going to work on. And lots of important people that you can interact daily. They have offices all around the world so you can literally work anywhere with them.

      Cons

      The Pat is really low for interns. You’re basically paid $2.5 usd per hour... many of us work on the weekends as nannies or pet walkers and that pays even more haha.
