Department heads are very negative

A great company that does it all right. Over the four years I worked there I went from a novice to a Trade Show Pro. A challenging yet fun environment that made going to work (relatively) fun. Senior Management takes a genuine interest in the employees and I always felt free to speak my mind. When I left I found they also paid more then most of their competitors.

I left due to lack of upward mobility. I felt a little guilty given all the training and experience they gave me but here I was with all this knowledge and energy and the spots above me were locked in. Those people loved there jobs and were only 5 or so years older them me - they were not going anywhere soon. I have heard they are expanding so maybe the folks still there will have better luck.
