Pros

Learned a lot working at Pacific Point right after graduating university. Some extremely smart people on the team that taught me technical skills, leadership skills, people skills etc... Very good company culture and very grateful for the time I spent there.

Cons

Not sure if this is a con, but leadership can be tough; I think it was a good thing but I know that some of my colleagues were negatively affected by it. Also pretty low base pay (even for new grad, not sure if it's changed by now); but was able to get a 30% salary increase from other job after just a year of working at Pacific Point.

Pros

The job is fast paced with a variety of client industries. You are encouraged to contribute in many ways and grow within your role.

Cons

No cons, the hours can be spread across many time zones but as a professional that does not bother me.

Pros

I've been with Pacific Point for almost 9 months now, right out of college, and I can confidently say that I've made the right choice. From the very beginning, I've been given ample opportunities to succeed. The experience here has been exceptional—I've received thorough training and continue to learn every day from incredibly intelligent colleagues. The people at Pacific Point are genuine and genuinely care about the success of the business and its clients. There's a culture of dedication and excellence, where mediocrity simply isn't tolerated. It's a collaborative atmosphere where everyone pitches in to help each other succeed; if you're ever unsure about something, all you have to do is ask. In terms of work-life balance, I feel that my personal time is respected and valued. I'm treated with respect and entrusted to perform my job to the best of my abilities. Overall, if you're someone who embodies the values of working hard, playing hard, and prioritizing integrity, with a commitment to excellence, Pacific Point is definitely worth considering.

Cons

If you have a distain for Salesforce, probably not the right choice for you.
