Pros

Nothing that i can think of. Yeah. the management never cares about time. After all the manager himself does come an go when he wants. Work from home when they want. So in a way… no one expects you to be on time and such you can work when you want to.

Cons

-No accountability. -Partial treatment. -The person who runs the office in one of the cities thinks he owns the company. Hires foreigners at much lesser salary. -Hires his family members and freinds who know nothing in this field and promotes them to Directors / Project Managers / Engineering Manager with no experience or qualification. Works when he wishes and he is the person who decides who is to be promoted or hired or how much appraisal has to be done. -Vindictive attitude of the Manager. The moment you give a suggestion, that goes against the managers wishes, you are doomed. You will be targeted for no reason. -No HR to ask about the above things an employee faces. Nothing much action is taken by the HEad office in San Diego. The Head HR never responds to queries.

Pros

It's a very good place to work, People in here are very friendly and cooperative. Being a first intern for packet video at Charlotte was very special, I've got a very good platform to learn and explore. I learned a lot from being novice in Python and Javascript to a Mid level developer.

Cons

It is not exactly a negative point for the company, But I would have been very happy, If my internship got converted to full-time employment.

Pros

The environment was great. There was a lot of talent that was very open and worked very closely together. It wasn't a huge company so you still had the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the development life-cycle. Wonderful growth opportunity. You always had access to the founding members, and they were all wonderful leaders.

Cons

Lack of focus. PV was cutting edge in the beginning of mobile media, but it seems that it never pushed ahead enough to keep that lead. After time, the mobile media market was flooded with a large number of players. At that point PV was juggling a lot of random projects that never really took off.
