Good workplace for introverts - Case Manager Pacston Technology Group Employee Review

Pros

1. Hybrid/remote work arrangements with minimal meetings, suitable for introverts. 2. Mentors and colleagues are generally friendly, supportive, and responsive to your questions. 3. Overtime is well compensated, and working on holidays earns extra leave, which is a nice benefit. 4. Employee recognition has improved over the past year. While it was lacking before, HR and management have become more receptive to feedback, and hard work is now acknowledged more consistently.

Cons

1. During the Trump administrations, frequent news about policy changes, travel bans, and related developments often impacted our practices, so expect a high volume of inquiries from concerned customers during those periods. 2. The learning curve is steep. Training provides a foundation, but most learning happens on the job. With operations practices changing weekly, you need to stay very attentive to the latest updates to keep up with the work.
