Pros

The only thing I can think of is that they allow you to work from home at times.

Cons

This company does not deserve a 1 star rating, let alone to be in the top 50 companies in to work for, according to BRW. I had a horrible experience working in the executive team. My work and feedback in my area of expertise was largely set aside by Senior Management - why did they hire me in the first place? In addition to that there was large component of micro-management. This company is very set in their ways and is by no means innovative as they say they are. I’ve worked for many companies in the past, and have never had to deal with this level of dysfunction and poor management.

We were saddened to read that your personal experience was negative. We work extremely hard on creating a culture where our people are respected, supported and encouraged to be the best they can be, however we do acknowledge that this environment is not for everyone, so we appreciate your feedback which we will take on board. We wish you all the best in your future career endeavours and hope you find an organisation that is the right fit for you.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! Our people are truly our greatest asset, and it’s wonderful to see that culture reflected in your experience. We appreciate you pointing out the challenges of our global nature. Coordinating across time zones and regions is a complex puzzle, and we recognise that communication can sometimes feel the strain of that distance. We are constantly looking for better ways to bridge these gaps to ensure every team member feels connected, regardless of where they are in the world.

Pros

There are no pros as everything, including benefits, are way below the standard market expectations.

Cons

- Favoritism among the AE’s. One in particular is the only one who gets any account she wants - Lack of strategy to launch the product competitively within the market so there are no inbound leads or interest - Interface is outdated so its hard to compete and win once you’re in a deal - Every AE with exception to one are not set up for success

Thank you for providing direct and honest feedback regarding our sales culture, product interface, and GTM strategy. We recognize that there is always room for improvement, and your insights regarding AE support and market competitiveness are being shared with our leadership team as we work to evolve our offerings and internal processes. We agree that success is a team sport. Aligning Marketing, Product, and Sales is a top priority for our leadership team to ensure our AEs aren't "going it alone" in a competitive market We wish you the very best in your next chapter, and we appreciate you leaving us with these specific points to reflect on as we grow.
