Cons
- Poor leadership: The executive team has no clue what they want to do. They change their strategy every fortnight. - Language barrier: 90%+ of the employees are Russian speakers. If you don't know Russian you will be an outlier and you won't be in the core decision-making group. - Unethical: They are trying to just fool customers into earning money without adding real value for them. - Secretive: Every week you will find out some or other colleague has secretly left the company. They fire people left and right and don't even communicate about it. Without valuable resources, your project gets delayed and then they blame it on you. - Blame game: They have a tendency to blame each other when an unrealistic expectation is not met. Instead of learning from failure, they find a scapegoat for every failure.
