Salary expat benefits, work life balance (if you are a westerner expat) challenges, nice people, good site accommodations,
Cons
Every 3 months you are thinking...who will be the next, my friend brought his family and after 4 months he was fired with no technical justification only for "company needs" and he was one of 10 expats that were laid off at that time. Staff rotation is too high, doesn't matter if you are local, regional expat or westerner expat...every 3 months the bar on site is fully booked of farewell parties...
