      None. Only take this job in an emergency. Either have a back up or plan to continue your job search.

      Cons

      Employees are taken advantage of. The commission scheme is a joke. If you want to make minimum wage take a job at McDonald’s. At least you won’t have to run around putting stickers on tags begging customers for the paltry amount the company considers to be commission.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
