      - Interesting work with a bias towards high-impact consulting - Really great people and supportive environment (though challenging)

      Cons

      - Don't bolster teams with SME support enough as a consulting firm should - High levels of ambiguity (to be expected to some degree), but half the time figure out the scope and approach as you go

      1. Very good management at every level 2. Tangible work which focuses on performance improvement 3. Interesting industry focus (primarily mining industry) 4. Excellent intellectual capital

      Cons

      Travel can be tough - as mines are not located in easy to get to locations.
