Doing really good work in a difficult field

Mental health is a hard field to work in

Providers, service and office staff

Medicaid fraud, retaliation and harassment, lack of acknowledgement of employee worth. I was in HR and have witnessed employees not getting paid for services provided, especially employees who resigned. Directors are there for a paycheck only. Service staff are there for the right reasons.. Path's reputation was so horrible, they rebranded and renamed their company from Path Integrated to Path Behavioral. Sadly, the name change didn't change the culture or environment.
