Pros
Nothing much to talk about. Company expects new joinees to become productive in just 5 working days. So you atleast get 5 days to be able to grasp basic concepts.
Cons
Once you are put into production. You will be ragged by your team lead and manager. They will stand behind you while you work and watch you, silently. You will not be given any freedom of mind to work by self motivation. Management will also make mistakes in calculating your salary. You might lose any where from just 10s of rupees to even couple of thousands. If you confront them, they will tell that it was spreadsheet error. But it is an awesome company to work after you get used to the mental torture and arrogance of your superiors.
