Not very structured training. I was expected to hit the ground running.

This is a small company that will give you the opportunity to work closely with the founder and president. They're all very knowledgeable in the industry and pride themselves on doing things the right way. It is a very close family environment and I couldn't ask for a better team to be a part of. Debra the president has been in the industry for over 20 years and you cannot ask for a better leader driving the ship. Paul the founder and CMO is so involved in the company it brings a sense of pride and motivation to all of us in our daily work.
