Pros

I would say the $1 Healthcare, until I realized it's United Healthcare.

Cons

You will get dropped in a heartbeat for any thing. Truly an at-will employer. I asked if my pay had a processing issue and 24 hours after I finished training they canned me. There is no work-life balance here. The management seems to have no communication amongst themselves. They truly do not care about their employees. Most if not all employees wanted to leave.

Pros

Good benefits, easy HR system. As a product, Paycom is very good.

Cons

There has been too much restructuring in the past couple of years. You will get no overtime pay. A bad developer and a good developer will be paid the same. They do not care about what technique you use as long as it works. Got used to a new process that was released two months ago? They just changed it again. The issue was Paycom tried to fix something that was not broken (for the most part) in Development, and now everything is pretty much broken. You will get double the work but no change in pay. They will try to get feedback, but only from managers, not actual developers who work with the system each day. Even though they inconvenience developers every other week with a new priority, if you inconvenience management (usually because they want Rome built in a day), you will have a write-up. Many good developers have left for better opportunities elsewhere as they also were not getting raises or title changes, even though they're doing better work above their pay grade. You only got a raise if everyone was getting a raise.
