- Very innovative software that creates great value to both Belgian and international companies - Collegiate en international company with lots of different nationalities among colleagues, always fun things to say and cultural habits to explore - Exponential learning curve, management pushes you to higher grounds (both an asset as well as small minor point because of high expectations/pressure to succeed)

- Difficult communication between the management en the rest of the company - Berchem office is a little bit too small for 75 employees, while Hasselt office has plenty of space

Good colleagues Small and nimble company Everyone knows everyone (almost)

Outdated technology stack Product company, but being operated like a consulting company Small company management mentality Poor infrastructure, not even enough seats for everyone. Good luck finding a chair, even a broken one
