Pros

PEDCOR does an excellent job of training employees and promoting from within the organization.

Cons

A lot of compliance requirements & audits, however the corporate office provides in-depth training for this as well.

The starting wage is $17hr with bi-weekly pay

I would not recommend working for Pedcor Management, especially if you are a parent or an active student. The company’s policies are extremely inflexible and do not accommodate personal or family emergencies. You are not allowed to miss a shift without using your paid time off (PTO), and if you have no PTO left, you will be punished even if it’s an emergency. This lack of understanding and compassion is detrimental to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Management is another significant issue at Pedcor. There is a severe lack of communication and effective management. The property managers often make decisions that directly affect your work hours without any prior notice. For instance, if a property manager decides to leave for the day, leasing agents are not allowed to keep the clubhouse open, resulting in lost hours and income. Overall, Pedcor Management's poor policies and lack of effective communication make it a challenging and unsupportive place to work. Look elsewhere if you value a supportive work environment that understands and accommodates personal needs.
