      Management. Good luck trying to get anywhere if you have an actual complaint with management because no one above you cares. They think everything is a joke because they are all friends and go on annual drunken retreats together

      PEDCOR does an excellent job of training employees and promoting from within the organization.

      Cons

      A lot of compliance requirements & audits, however the corporate office provides in-depth training for this as well.
