Cons
Actions speak louder than words, and Perform[cb] is just that. They speak to supporting employees and a tight culture, but in reality everyone is expendable (except the FL + CO clique). There is zero leadership from the CEO, who prefers to focus on her Socials and I’m actually not sure what else… While initially appealing, this company is seriously lacking integrity and humanity. I would not hire them as an agency or refer them to anyone seeking employment. They will do whatever it takes to make money and their employees are sacrificial.
