There is a constant sense of uncertainty , with expectations and goals frequently changing, leaving employees confused and frustrated. Processes are overly complex and bureaucratic, which hampers productivity and adds unnecessary hurdles. We often have to redo work due to inefficiencies, and change initiatives are often labeled as improvements even when they seem to do more harm than good. Overall, the organization needs a serious overhaul to improve communication, stability, and morale.
