Need to train more software - Roto Artist PhantomFx Employee Review

Besides the frequent follow up of the HR Team; I don't see one to list one. Usually it's the opposite; but I guess that speaks a lot about this company. Only reason I bothered to follow up and respond was the respect towards a few works of theirs in cinema. If you're a novice it'll prolly help you; but if you're skilled and have strong portfolio, you'd be wasting your talent here.

They had me on wait for 2 and a half months, post technical interview. And a month before the interview. To sum up 3 and a half months. Even though I already got into a new job, I still responded to see what the offer would be. It'd would be an understatement, when I say that I was nauseated and disgusted (though the terms & contract was quite contradictory and weak when I ran it through an acquaintance of my mine who's a HC advocate; it must be meant to scare you to not leave the company). Never the less, I walked away.
