      Pros

      Fantastic people - talented, fun, and collaborative. Caring and supportive colleagues and leaders. Great products and more coming down the pipe. Growth opportunities are endless. Just had my five-year anniversary and love ot here as much today as I did at the start. It's awesome.

      Cons

      Growing pains at times as we are expanding quite fast.

      Great work life balance and competitive pay

      Cons

      You won’t get paid as much as other places, but the work life balance and culture is genuinely impressive. They have a really high retention of employees

      -Real focus on culture that makes a difference -Strong, happy customer base within target verticals

      Cons

      -Growing pains as the company tries to transition out of mid-market and into other verticals -Compensation is below average -Culture, while good, does not fully mitigate structural issues
