I have been working at Pitney Bowes full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Easy going company, lots of overtime hours available, stress free compared to many other companies I have worked for, management team is respectful and laid back. Definitely a "as long as you are doing your job and get it done well" mindset. No micromanaging.

    Cons

Not enough technicians for the size of building and the hours needed to cover and a little unorganized.
