Not firing the spoiled apples fast enough. Those couple of people are the ones that keep writing negative reviews on Glassdoor, keep pretending they "left" the company when they have actually been fired, and keep spreading misleading information and false gossip (like the false data breach and the false nepotism). Not sure why they cannot move on with their lives, and perhaps blaming other false external factors instead of their poor conduct or performance is a way for them to have peace of mind.
