Pros

Possible attracts a lot of quality employees, which makes for enjoyable teams. It's an interesting space to be in.

Cons

A really weird culture of hypocrisy and entitlement is starting. It is very important to the C-Suites to think of themselves as good people, but the elephant in the office is that this is shaping up to become another toxic startup where random people consolidate power and anyone can get disappeared. Plenty of people who are incompetent or mismatched for the skillset required for their position are allowed to keep their job while there have been arbitrary firings during the pandemic. Because there are gaps in skill in management and leadership, often we head in the complete wrong direction. Anyone who questions leadership or voices other ideas is let go. Another example is the extremely low pay and lack of benefits. We are nearly three years old. After over a year, we only got health insurance and only now, is a 401k on the roadmap.

Thank you for the feedback. We take our culture seriously and aim to follow through on our values. We recently updated our benefits package based on our employee's recent feedback. As a company fighting for financial fairness, we recognize that we first need to start internally with how the organization treats our own people. We encourage anyone reading this to reach out and ask us specifically about our culture and comprehensive compensation package.

Pros

-I loved working with all of the people on my team. You will never find a more trustworthy or awesome group of people. -The work life balance was the best! No pressure to respond instantly at all hours of the night like at some other employers -I think the benefits were pretty decent -Nice that performance and salaries got reviewed regularly

Cons

-C Suite seems to disagree frequently, which seems like it led to a lot of changing direction with products and services -The CEO needs to work on his communication skills with people outside of the execs. Sometimes he was super approachable and other times was way too intimidating. It was uncomfortable not knowing what you were going to get -Constant change can be a good thing in a start up, but it can also be exhausting
