Pros

Power isn't just a job that you walk into at 9am and promptly leave at 5pm with no emotional attachment. This is a career where you find yourself coming in earlier and staying later, not because you have to but solely because you want to. Power is a community where your peers and colleagues constantly encourage you to be your best. You are acknowledged for your accomplishments and held accountable for reaching your goals. The Executives not only know your name but they know you as a person because they make an effort to build rapport.

Cons

The downside of working here is thinking about all of the time you've wasted working anywhere else.

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The culture at Power is unmatched; whether it's their office in PA or any of the satellite offices, the work environment is always fun. There are lots of perks if you're doing well, such as leadership conferences and crazy promotions. You wind up becoming best friends with everyone you work with because you are together so often and are all like-minded people.

    Cons

If you're not looking to work hard, then this company is not for you. Even though there is a lot of room for advancement and perks, it doesn't come without putting the work in. Power is a work hard, play hard culture-- if you're not willing to put the work in, then you definitely won't do well.

    Advice to Management

The only recommendation I have is to evaluate what the starting salaries for people should be based on their location; depending on what state you live in, the cost of living could be higher than that of someone living somewhere else. Other than that, I think everything is going great. Grateful to be a part of the Power family.
