Pros

-learn alot since the company makes multitudes of mistakes. -you will appreciate your previous workplace. -you will feel you know much more than the bosses in this company

Cons

-high staff turnover -no benefits except for medical insurance for which you have to pay $10 for every consultation, a way to discourage employees taking sick leave. - management is always right and calls people after hours to sat futile things - local trading company claiming it is a USA company - tells clients that it owns over nine factories - sells refurbish equipment at times when it supposed to sell brand new. - procrastinator mode 99% of the time. - promises change and sticks to its old ways -
