Pros
Union benny's are great (if you are in the union), dispatcher is great, a fair amount of work on the island.
Cons
management and owner are clueless. some techs run back to the office and look for any reason to toss another tech under the bus, some will say I can do the job faster than that guy, others will report back everything and anything, zero trust among the techs.
