Pros

Dancer in production shows onboard Wonderful friends made, brilliant travel, great work-life balance in this role (one of the few that have most in-port time free to go ashore) Great safety training and customer service culture

Cons

Tendency to promote yes-men, management not open to new ideas. Crew culture is very gossipy- like a small town or like Big Brother- everyone knows everything about everyone.
