      Benefits that my peers haven't seen in years Management knows everybody's name Great corporate culture. Plenty of opportunities to have the company volunteer in the community. A true corporate culture of working hard and playing hard.

      -Positive work environment -Respectful and driven employees -Flexible work schedules -Good location -Great company overall

      Cons

      -Niche technological markets -Work is somewhat redundant and monotonous -No apparent company goals and ambition is lacking -Compensation is somewhat lacking (as an intern)
