Pros
Total rewards and benefits are better than most MNCs, strong resources to continually up-skill and grow, people are generally friendly and genuine, growth opportunities are great if you keep your head down and work hard. Big name brand that presents great exit opportunities
Cons
Disastrous work life balance - it's always talked about a lot, but no one in management or HR actually bothers to implement it. Workload is borderline impossible to complete and no one cares to understand why. Attrition rate is insanely high in PS but employees are treated as warm bodies going around a revolving door. HR is always strangely absent, at least in SGIC. The cult-like support of senior management is bizarre, especially when you consider how detached from reality they truly are.
