      - Flexible scheduling - Spacious clinic

      Cons

      - Inconsistent hours - Constant miscommunication among management - Lack of consistent/efficient supervision for new therapists - Unethical procedures - Old and broken toys for clients - Consistently broken cleaning materials (vacuum, etc.)

      Pros

      Supportive work environment, competent management. Everyone working here seems to want to advance their knowledge and make a difference in their clients' lives.

      Cons

      Like any ABA client/session situation, you don't work 9-5 and work depends on client availability, but management works to keep work as consistent as they can.

      None. There are no pros working for this company.

      Cons

      Unfortunately people claim to have licenses they don’t actually have. Highly unethical practice, repeatedly shouting at kids with the same instruction until “compliance” Staff are expected to drive the clients to and from the clinic to keep the business going
