Pros
After my initial interview here I was inspired because all of the people that work at Project Launch want be successful. Then they took a step further when one of the managers said happiness creates success (when most people would put it the other way around.)
Cons
At first it was hard for me to define my goal and here you are asked to clarify what you want from the beginning. So this is something that challenges to define where I want to go. None the less it continues to help me grow.
