Forward thinking company with a great culture - Anonymous employee Property Tectonics Employee Review

I have worked with Property Tectonics for over 18 years after graduating. They are a very caring company with many employee benefits that go across the board and are not just for the those at director level. These include; private health, pension, life insurance and generous holiday allocation. They also gift every member of staff shares in the company and profit is shared annually. I have been given opportunites to work my way up in the business and have had been given all the necessary training I have neeeded paid for by Property Tectonics. The exec team, expecially the managing director Trevor Mole, is compassionate and really leads by example. Hes first in and last out everyday!

There are no cons at all working for this company.

Property Tectonics are very supportive and appreciative of their staff who, in turn are helpful and caring of each other and the Company. The work ethic and customer service aims, at all times, to be outstanding. This is as I would expect and the ethic to which I work which is why I accepted their offer of employment. The long service records of the staff members is a very good indication of the happy, hard working environment.
